VFP at Wisconsin Progressive Grassroots Festival

Veterans for Peace Chapter 25 was well represented by member Steve Books with an informational table at the 8th Annual Wisconsin Progressive Grassroots Festival on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at Wisconsin Heights High School, Mazomanie. Attended by a large crowd, the day-long festival topic was “Organizing for Change.” The woman pictured was among numerous visitors who examined information provided by Steve. She chose to buy a copy of Smedley Butler’s excellent book: “War Is a Racket.”
