A record number of 13 graduating seniors at Boscobel High School entered the VFP essay contest in 2013, representing nearly 15 percent of the total graduating class at this rural southwestern Wisconsin High School. Because of the large response and the excellence of the essays submitted, two scholarships of $500 each were awarded.
